Retired Lieutenant Raymond E. Harrell (1991-2015) passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024. He was 68.
His life will be celebrated on Sunday, February 4, at 2:00 p.m. at Keihin Auditorium at Edgecombe Community College, 2009 W. Wilson Street, Tarboro, NC 27886. Burial will follow at East Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Tarboro.
In lieu of a wake, his family will celebrate with “Stories About Raymond” on Saturday, February 3, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Solid Rock Ministries International, 401 Creech Road, Garner, NC 27529. It will be followed be a fish fry.
He was an amazing example of a leader at Solid Rock Ministries International.
Winnie , so sorry for your loss. Raymond was sent here to serve and he served with honor. May God continues to bless you and Family as you honor Raymond.
