We had a great day at the fire museum yesterday, for our regular second-Saturday opening, on Saturday, April 9, 2022.
We were open from 10 to 2 and had 38 visitors including several families, a couple visiting firefighters from outside the US, and one retiree, Lt. Creighton Edwards and his wife Pat. (He’s also the father-in-law of retired Battalion Chief A.C. Rich.) Great to see everyone.
We’ll be open again in May, again on the second Saturday of the month. Location is 105 Keeter Center Drive at the fire training center. Admission and parking is always free.
