The Raleigh Fire Museum is pleased to announce that we are reopening on Saturday, October 9, 2021, and resuming regular operations for the first time since March 2020. We will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. that day, the second Saturday of the month.
We will have our usual attractions, including one or more pieces of fire apparatus to interact with, and a working fire hose. That week is also national Fire Prevention Week, and we will distribute educational materials.
The Raleigh Fire Museum is located just south of downtown Raleigh at 105 Keeter Center Drive, at the fire department training center. Admission is free. Parking and restrooms are available.
We will again be open each month, on each second Saturday, from 10 to 2.
