1905 American LaFrance Metropolitan Steamer

The Raleigh Fire Department's old steam engine was recently restored to operational functionality.

It was displayed and demonstrated at the fire department's centennial celebration in downtown Raleigh on June 16, 2012.

The steamer is stored at Station 28 at 3500 Forestville Road, Raleigh.
